I saw this purse (the orange one) at Nordstrom a few days ago. I didn't buy it, but I've been thinking about it ever since! It's on sale for $119, but thanks to the internet, I found it (and the green one) for only $89 with free shipping on the Kate Spade website. I thought I'd show you the other colors just for fun. The lavender is regular price, but black and navy are available on Amazon for $96.46. It's cute right? What do you think?
Summer is coming and I'm ready to show some skin! Right now, I'm obsessed with backless dresses. It's such an unexpected way to heat things up, and I'm tired of seeing side cleavage and butt cheeks. With a backless dress, you can keep it sweet and flirty or go a little bit sexier. The possibilities are endless! My only suggestion is to figure out your undergarment situation before you buy. You don't want to take home a see-through dress that you can't wear a bra with...awkward.
If you know me at all, you know I like shoes! You should also know that I have a limited budget, so I really only buy shoes once a year...on New Year's Day. Dillard's discounts all sale and clearance merchandise an extra 50%. This is an amazing discount, especially on higher priced brands like Coach and UGG. My mom and I even go a few days early to scope out all of the sale merchandise so we know exactly what we want to buy. You can imagine how crazy it can get! Here are a few things I'm hoping to snag. Sadly, ShopStyle doesn't have Dillard's in their database so I can't link to their website here, but you get the idea. Wish me luck!
Oh ya...Happy New Year!
I've been watching this jacket for a long time, and it's finally on sale! It's 30% off, making it only $61.60 and Express has promotional coupons all the time. I already have a knit moto jacket from Forever 21, but this one kind of looks like an old leather jacket and is also a tad bit metallic. Yes and yes!
I know I'm getting old when I start asking for kitchen gadgets for Christmas, like a slow cooker. I know there's nothing really new and exciting about a crock pot, but I've never had one before, and I never remember my mom using one when I was a kid. But according to Pinterest, they're all the rage because all I see are countless crock pot pins. They all look so delicious and I'm still amazed by the fact that you just throw things into the pot and let it cook. You don't have to do anything! So here are a few slow cookers I've got my eye on. Let me know if you have any recommendations!
First on the list is the Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking system. It has six diffrent functions: steam roast, bake, sear, slow cook, simmer and saute. Talk about a multi-tasker! Plus it comes with a removable roasting rack, multi-purpose pan, and silicone petite muffin tray and is supposed to be a breeze to clean.
Now here's your average slow cooker made by the original Crock-Pot. At only $50, it's definitely more reasonable than the Ninja, but who knows if I'd actually use it for anything else than a slow cooker. According to the 4.3 out of 5 stars on Amazon, can you really go wrong with this one?
Then again, why do I need a 6-quart slow cooker when I'm cooking for one or maybe even two? Here's a simple 3-quart for less than $20. At that price, I don't mind that it only has 4 settings - off, low, high, and warm.
I remember the first Christmas list I ever made. It was titled "My very one xmas list" because I didn't know how to spell "Christmas" and I thought that "own" was spelled "one." Either way, it's not even Halloween, and Christmas is everywhere, so it's not too early to put together gift lists.
I was inspired to start making my list after seeing this phone cable and tripod in one, called Une Bobine. They don't have one for iPhone 5 yet, but they do have ones for iPhones and Droids. It bends in to almost any shape so you can put it anywhere (like on your head!). Oh ya, and it charges your phone too. It's $30 with $3.31 shipping. Other flexible iPhone tripods I've seen are about $20 and aren't nearly as versatile and this one!
